Service request intake portal

A public intake experience that turns “call us sometime” into structured requests — the kind of system most local businesses need before they need a full CRM.

Problem

Service businesses lose leads and context when intake lives in voicemail, Facebook messages, and sticky notes. Owners want a simple place customers request help and staff see a clean queue.

What we built

  • Public landing + request form with a clear success state
  • Structured fields (service type, urgency, contact) ready for email notify or a future staff queue
  • A small, maintainable shape you could hand off quickly and grow later

Outcome

Living demo on this site — proof that a website can be an operational system, not just a brochure.

Handoff

Pattern is designed to expand into stored requests, staff login, and SMS/email alerts under the client’s accounts.
