Here is what you can expect if you decide to move forward together:

1. 01

   Planning

   Virtual or in-person meeting(s) to discuss current processes, what hurts, and project requirements. No 40-page proposal — a clear scope and a sensible plan.

2. 02

   Build & demo

   I develop in visible increments with your input. You will see working software early rather than a big reveal at the end, so we can adjust while change is still cheap.

3. 03

   Launch

   Launch day! We smoke-test the real workflows with you and fix the sharp edges before we call it shipped.

4. 04

   Handoff pack

   The software belongs to you. I don’t hold the keys. You leave with admin access, clear documentation of the system, and the knowledge you need to keep it running. See more details in 'Handoff Pack' below.

5. 05

   Optional care

   Every project gets a 90-day care window after launch. I'm here to support your adoption of the new project. For a fee, I can be available on a light monthly retainer if you want ongoing fixes or small features.
