A mobile app that connects farmers and techs in real time when equipment breaks down in the field — less phone tag, faster fixes.

Problem
When machinery fails mid-job, crews burn time calling around, describing symptoms over the phone, and waiting for the right person to respond. Delays cascade across the day.
What we built
- Mobile app for reporting and coordinating breakdowns from the field
- Realtime updates so the right people see issues as they happen
- Role-aware access so operators and techs only see what they need
Outcome
Product at the end of development — designed so a non-IT operator can administer users and review activity without touching code.
Handoff
Project accounts and app store builds intended for client ownership, with admin walkthrough and runbook at launch.
