Problem
When machinery fails mid-job, farmers burn time calling around, describing symptoms over the phone, and waiting for the right person to respond. Often, others in the community may be able to help.
What we built
- Mobile app for reporting and troubleshooting breakdowns from the field
- Realtime updates so the right people see issues as they happen
- Targeted notifications to ask the right people for help
Outcome
An intuitive mobile application laser focused on creating and broadcasting detailed issues quickly to give farmers an extra tool in their toolbox when things go wrong.
